LDW Group are very professional from quote to invoice. I needed a raised patio area with retaining wall creating and the work they carried out has been excellent. I had a break in the sewer pipe in my garden. Rats were getting out and sewage was leaking into the ground. Despite being very busy and Christmas fast approaching, LDW Group made every effort to fix the problem as soon as possible and the repair was carried out on Christmas Eve. LDW were very efficient and kept me informed of how they were getting on (nice to see what had actually been happening underground). The quote clearly listed the work to be carried out and was competitively priced. I would recommend LDW to anyone requiring groundworks to be carried out. I will definitely be using them again.
On diagnosing the issue with my properties drainage using their expertise with specialist Camera equipment. The company set to and resolved the issue with empathy and understanding. I was kept fully informed of the issues as the elderly drains were exposed and replaced with new. Attention to detail and the reinstatement of my concrete flooring were impressive. Very knowledgeable and personable people to deal with who I would highly recommend.

Luke from LDW Groundworks kept me updated at every stage of the development, his team was well-organized skilled & polite, they started and finished when they said they would with no extra add-ons. When the job came in under the price he quoted due to an unexpected change of plan he told me straight away how much it was saving me which shows his company is reputable. Before leaving they did a clean-up job leaving no evidence behind. I have to admit Sid the youngest member of the team is a valued member I don’t know how they managed without his assistance before he joined them if you are lucky enough to meet Sid the sausage dog, give him a snuggle from me. To sum it up I will be using LDW Groundworks in the very near future and would highly recommend their services 10 out of 10.

This is the first time that Forest Way School has worked with LDW Groundworks and from start to finish I can only say what a pleasure it was working with Luke and his team. LDW Groundworks were consulted and brought in to complete the groundworks to a new Communication and Interaction Unit. They designed and created a wall of gabion baskets that secured the site in keeping with the existing environment so that it looks as though they have always been there. The work was completed to the highest specification under extremely tight deadlines and challenging conditions. From start to finish Luke presented himself very professional. And didn’t he live up to his word. I gave him a huge task to sort out and make presentable. He delivered a top quality job along with his labourer. He fulfilled everything he had quoted for and left my site clean and tidy which in its self was a task after what he had to clear. I’m a builder myself renovating properties for a large company. Luke was first on my site and made a good impression for the start of this project. I would highly recommend this quality and professional tradesman. He was also very polite to the surrounding residents which has made a good impression for myself. They took pride in their work, arrived early in the morning and worked only taking short breaks, when I insisted they have a drink, and worked on into the late afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble and the finished area is exactly what I wanted and more. I would recommend these young people unreservedly.
